Overview
Proposals for Workshops within ICSC 2026 are solicited to help bring together the community within emerging, active, and well-defined areas under the broad domains of systems, human-machine interactions, and cybernetics. Proposals with content or presentation formats (e.g., abstracts and posters, panels, roundtables) that are not found within the main ICSC 2026 conference are encouraged. Workshop proposals should discuss how the workshop will be organized, how the organizers plan to attract active participation of the attendees, promote discussion on the selected topic, and, if applicable, describe how invited speakers will contribute to the enhancement of the workshop.
Proposals for half-day or full-day workshops are welcome. Full papers submitted to workshops will undergo the same peer-review process as all other ICSC 2026 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be copyrighted to the conference organizers and published in the conference proceedings, which will be eligible for inclusion in the digital library, once they meet the required quality review. They will also be submitted to Scopus for indexing after the conference, provided they meet the necessary requirements. In addition, authors are generally permitted to share and post their papers, provided they adhere to the publication guidelines. Abstracts (1 page) may also be submitted for workshops. They will be reviewed only by the workshop organizers and will not appear in the digital library.

Active participation and/or endorsement from one or more ICSC Technical Committees (TC) is encouraged.
The Workshop Chairs will evaluate proposals based on the following main criteria:
| Importance of the topic and timeliness of the proposed workshop, |
| Event’s format and likelihood of creating an engaging intellectual environment, |
| Quality of the invited speakers and the experience of the organizers. |
Contributions to theory and practice, including but not limited to, the following technical areas, are invited:
